20**年江蘇省中學生英語口語比賽方案

　　一、比賽組別:

　　初中組和高中組

　　二、參賽對象：高中組：在讀高中學生。同一學校的選手不能超過兩名，外語學校最多一名。

　　初中組：在讀初中學生[有在海外(英語國家)居住或留學6個月以上經歷的初中學生不能參加比賽同一學校的選手不能超過兩名，外語學校最多一名。

　　三、參賽人數:

　　每市初中組30名,高中組15名

　　四、比賽時間與比賽形式:

　　比賽時間：

　　20**年10月中下旬，具體時間另行通知。

　　比賽形式：高中組：

　　遠程登錄機考。比賽時間為45分鐘。

　　比賽地點設在各片區,具體地點和比賽準備工作另行通知。

　　初中組：

　　省組委會不設口語比賽現場，由各市電教館將推薦的30名選手視頻上傳至江蘇教育資源網www.etec.edu.

　　各市比賽的題目由省組委會提供，省組委會于10月23日發送題目到各市組委會，請各市統一于10月24日——25日兩天內完成30名選手的參賽視頻錄制工作，10月26日上傳。10月27日0點終止上傳。

　　五、報名要求：請各市于九月底前將高中組和初中組的選手名單報給鄒小麗同志(電子郵箱：[emailprotected])報名信息如下表：

　　六、比賽成績計算:

　　高中組:總分100分.

　　測試交卷后由計算機自動生成和作文部分人工評分組成。

　　初中組:總分100分，由英語教學專家評委評分和網上公眾評分組成。專家評分占85%，公眾評分占15%。

　　七、獎項設置：

　　1、參賽學生一、二、三等獎

　　2、組織單位獎若干。

　　高中組網上測試部分

　　[說明：基礎水平測試采取遠程登錄機考方式，各市推薦參加省級比賽的15名選手在指定的網絡機房進行基礎水平測試，考試前省組委會發布考題，具體時間，登錄方式另行通知，選手在規定時間內提交?？倳r間為45分鐘]

　　一、根據所給中文選擇相應的英文單詞或詞組。(共40小題，每小題0.5分，滿分20分)

　　二、聽對話選擇最佳選項，將對話補充完整。(共20小題，每小題1分，滿分20分)

　　三、聽短文填充。根據對應題號所給的ABCD四個選項中選擇最佳選項填在相應空白處。(共30小題，每小題1分，滿分30分)

　　四、閱讀短文，從每題所給的ABCD四個選項中選擇最佳選項填在空白處(共3篇短文，15個小題，每題1分，滿分15分)

　　五、作文

　　根據所給材料作文。(15分)

　　初中組口語評測部分

　　初中組口語評測由省組委會提供題目，設置兩個環節，每個環節提供3個題目，各市從中選擇1個題目進行比賽

　　第一環節：命題演講

　　分值：50分

　　命題演講時間：(準備40秒，演講90秒)

　　命題演講：

　　比賽時選手根據屏幕給出的演講題目及與演講題目相關的文本信息完成演講。

　　第二環節：小組合作秀

　　分值：50分

　　本環節注重體現選手們的合作精神與合作能力。參賽選手合作完成同一主題。選手們須圍繞現場的話題表述自己的觀點及感受。要求內容緊扣話題，在規定的時間內人人暢所欲言。形式不限(可以是談話、訪談、情景對話等形式，不使用道具)。

　　每組三人。

　　準備時間：90秒

　　小組參賽人員可現場協商設計形式與過程。

　　談話時間：270秒

　　二、比賽評分標準：

　　第一環節：命題演講

　　命題演講：滿分50分

　　內容：觀點鮮明，表達完整，邏輯性強，條理清楚，想象力豐富，措詞得當，有感染力(20分)

　　口語：發音清晰，語音語調自然，語言流暢，語法正確。(20分)

　　綜合素質：有感情，自信，儀表得體，肢體語言適當。(10分)

　　第二環節：小組合作秀：分值：50分

　　(團隊40分+個人10分)

　　團隊分：滿分40分

　　內容：緊扣話題，觀點鮮明、言之有理、

　　語言規范、流暢10分

　　形式：新穎、創意好、有利于完成任務10分

　　合作:熱情主動禮貌、合理控制話語權、協作緊密默契、盡己所能10分

　　過程：積極參與不冷場、互動有序、靈活變通、集思廣益、任務完成好10分

　　一、活動目的

　　為了更好地貫徹基礎教育課程改革的精神，進一步配合《英語課程標準》的實施；進一步推進我校小學英語教學，激發和保持小學生學習英語的興趣，鍛煉學生英語口語表達能力，調動他們學習的積極性和主動性；實現我校小學英語教學發展的目標，特舉辦小學生英語口語比賽。具體事宜如下：
