5、若出現同分情況則再進行多一輪PK。

1、游戲規則：4組，每組隊長選派5名選手上場，游戲開始時表演的一組兩人先要面對面，3人表演，2人猜測。猜測者要背對大屏幕，表演者參照大屏幕上的詞語，用動作和語言描述給對方猜測，猜測者能猜出表演者所做的動作的成語或詞語時，就算過關。
★兩種計分方式：每次上場限時7分鐘（計時員計時），猜中最多的隊伍接受獎勵，猜中最少的隊伍接受懲罰。若7分鐘內把所有詞匯都猜出來則按照用時決定勝負。
2、獎勵：猜中最多的一隊可獲得果凍4包、棉花糖2罐。
3、懲罰：男生30個俯臥撐，女生10個兔子蹲；
4、詞語類型：四字成語、動物、娛樂明星、動作詞匯、電影名稱、歌名
注意：比劃者可以描述，可以唱歌，但不能說出屏幕中的字，猜測不出可直接PASS，每組有三次PASS的機會。

游戲道具：橘子，板凳
示意圖：
1、主持人講解比賽規則，首先奔跑組和雄獅組分兩條跑道就位，比賽完輪到雪豹組和飛躍組。
2首先，在公司過道一個相距15米的區域，設定一邊為起點、另一邊為終點，參賽者須頂著橘子跨越兩個障礙板凳和在旋轉椅上坐破2個氣球，然后把橘子交給下一位組員并跳繩30下,下一位組員反過來接力比賽，先跳繩30下；
3、各組派出10名人員進行接力比賽，起點5名，終點5名，參加游戲的人員站在起始線上，然后頭頂一個橘子開始接力比賽，計時員開始計時
4、期間不能用手碰橘子，要成功跨越過板凳且橘子不能落地才算過關，如果橘子掉地必須回到起點重新開始，最短時間到達終點的組獲勝。
★注：若橘子連續掉下5次則可以放行，但選手自己需要接受賽后30個俯臥撐的懲罰，其隊隊長要做10個俯臥撐的懲罰（主持人需記錄選手名字）。
為了能加游戲難度，兩人在游戲當中，周圍的人員可以進行一下騷擾，但騷擾只局限于言語上，比如驚嚇、講笑話等等，可能你的一個笑話就能造成比賽者的失誤，主持人進行引導，控制好場面和整個游戲比賽的氣氛。
6、用時最短的組獲勝。獎勵：混裝零食大禮包一大盒。

示意圖：
1、首先，用彩帶將場地隔成一個田字形，即此時將場地分割成了四塊；
2、然后4組各選5人上場，先派出2名成員分別站到四個用彩帶隔開的區域當中進行比賽；
3、選擇一方發球，發球的規則是用嘴將氣球吹起來，并且吹到其他的區域當中，每組的兩個人可以協作；
4、當氣球吹到自己區域的時候，必須將氣球吹起來不能落到本方區域的地上；
5、如果氣球落到那一方的地上，則那一組被淘汰，直到選出勝利的1隊為止。
注意，四組人員在不能越界的情況下，只能用嘴吹氣球，且不能用手碰球，不過可以像排球一樣用腳踢。游戲當中只有當氣球從那方區域的上空下落到地上那方輸，并不是氣球滾落到那一方的地上。
6、獎勵：猜中最多的一隊可獲得燕麥巧克力一袋。
7、懲罰：男生30個俯臥撐，女生10個兔子蹲；

八、【活動注意事項】
1.各球隊應在比賽前15分鐘到工作人員處進行簽到檢錄，若參賽隊伍遲到10分鐘則視為棄權。
2.如遇雨天，則改時間，另日再賽。
3.在比賽中須尊重裁判、尊重工作人員、尊重對手、尊重隊友。裁判具有比賽的最終裁定權。
4.本次比賽紀律嚴明，比賽中出現打架的同學將取消后續比賽的參賽資格。若出現群架現象則取消球隊比賽資格。
5.參賽人員應保管好自己隨身攜帶的貴重物品，如有丟失等意外情況將自行負責。
6、球場紀律：
(1)隊長：比賽中，隊長是場上唯一發言人。對于任何有疑問的判罰，只能通過隊長向裁判交涉；以及換人、暫停的申請，均只能由隊長發出申請。
(2)紀律：比賽中應絕對服從裁判，以裁判員的判罰為最終判決。

一、男子組比賽規則：
1、比賽方法
每隊五人，其中一人為隊長。比賽分三場,分別為37分鐘；第三場比賽結束兩隊積分相同時，則進行延長賽5分鐘，若5分鐘后比數仍相同，則再次進行5分鐘延長賽，直
至比出勝負為止。2、得分：
球投進籃框經裁判認可后，便算得分。3分線內投入得2分；3分線外投入得3分，罰球投進得1分。
3、進行方式:
比賽開始由兩隊各挑出一名跳球員在中央跳球區跳球開賽。
4、選手替換:
每次替換選手要在20秒內完成，替換次數不限定。交換選手的時間選在犯規、爭球、叫暫停時進行。裁判可暫時中止球賽的計時。
5、罰球:
每名球員各有5次被允許犯規的機會，第五次即犯滿退場。且不能在同一場比賽中再度上場。罰球是在沒有防守的情況下進行投籃，做為對犯規隊伍的處罰。罰球要站在罰球線后，從裁判手中接過球后5秒內要投籃。投籃后，球觸到籃框前球員不能踩越罰球線。
6、違例:
(1)普通違例：如帶球走步、兩次運球、腳踢球或以拳擊球；
(2)跳球違例；
(3)跳球時的違例：除了跳球球員以外的入木可在跳球者觸到球之前進入中央跳球區。
二、比賽規則補充
1、24秒鐘規則--進攻球隊在場上控球時必須在24秒鐘內投籃出手。
2、10秒鐘規則--球隊從后場控制球開始，必須在10秒鐘內使球進入前場(對方的半場)。
3、5秒鐘規則--持球后，球員必須在5秒鐘之內擲界外球出手。
4、3秒鐘規則---與對方發生身體接觸而產生的犯規，比如與裁判發生爭執等情況。
5、侵人犯規--與對方發生身體接觸而產生的犯規行為。
6、技術犯規--隊員或教練員因表現惡劣而被判犯規，比如與裁判發生爭執等情況。
7、惡意犯規--球員做出的不體現運動員精神的犯規動作，比如打人。發生此類情況后，球員應立即被罰出場外。
8、隊員5次犯規--無論是侵人犯規，還是技術犯規，一名球員犯規共5次必須離開球場，不得再進行比賽。
9、違例--既不屬于侵人犯規，也不屬于技術犯規的違反規則的行為。主要的違例行為是:非法運球;帶球走;3秒違例;使球出界。
10、隊員出界--球員帶球或球本身觸及界線或蚧線以外區域，即屬球出界。在球觸線或線外區域之前，球在空中不算出界。
11、干擾球--投籃的球向籃下落時，雙方隊員都不得觸球。當球在球籃里的時候，防守隊員不得觸球。
12、被緊密盯防的選手--被防守隊員緊密盯防的球員必須在5秒鐘之內傳球，運球或投籃，否則其隊將失去控球權。
13、球回后場--球隊如已將球從后場移至前場，該球隊球員便不能再將球移過中線，運回后場。
