大學生暑期研究所培訓心得體會:The dreamland in my heart

Satisfied, sun-warmed, I watched birds cavort on July 15th in the grass before the gate of NIBS-the dreamland of doing science where I have long been desired. From that day on, I become the one of the formal summer students belonging to the family of NIBS. In retrospect, I have established long standing sentiment here, precious enough for me to savor thousands of times.
To begin with, the atmosphere is unbiased and friendly. As a neophyte, I am much loved here. I still remember clearly that the first day I visited my PI Dr. Ye. He warmly encouraged me to enjoy a nice summer holiday here in his lab. Beyond my e*pectation, he already assigned a third year grade student to provide e*perimental guidance for me. After this first talk, I join the life a graduate student. Ye lab provides one of the most prestigious platforms in the world for students to pursue their scientific career. Here, not only do I have enough opportunities to make friends with each e*cellent researchers, to communicate with "big-guys" in scientific world, I also get the chance to design e*periments and do my own science independently. In following days, fascinating instruments, best reagents to do biological e*periments and main-stream methods to study structure biology infuses to part of my life, to a great extent, like high-speed centrifuge, AKTA, *-ray crystallography and so forth. Admittedly, each researchers here give me an affirmative impressions since whenever I meet problems, challenges, bottleneck in my e*periment, they will provide constructive suggestions to promote my progress. At the same time, my unstandard manipulations will also be pointed out. During this period of time, I enjoy the final moment when I see crystallized proteins, as beautiful as dimonds. I also taste the sadness when protein could not be purified in vitro. However, it is meaningful to discuss negative results with lab members as well as sharing happiness. In short, I really appreciate every colleagues here. Actually, people here treat each other with inner respection, mutual understanding, and trust.
Not only does NIBS provides us fascinating research condition, it also serves qualified living condition for every member here. Frankly speaking, I love dishes here. They are ine*pensive, nutritious, diverse, and most of all, attractive enough to suit to my favor. After dinner, I go to the gym in our institute to release and e*ercise. There are commodious badminton court here. We also enjoy ping-pong, billiards, basketball, etc. Regular bus service pick up people here everyday. Mailing is convenient too. In my opinion, NIBS really matches my further consideration to be a scientists.
More interesting, in NIBS annual retreat, we went to a resort on vacation. Beautiful mountains, clear lake, birds song, enchanting teahouse, lu*urious hotels really release our pressures and provide us a sunny mood. Moreover, students show their posters describing their research progress. PIs give lectures to report their scientific results which attract my concentration. For instance, at the moment when Dr. Ye said that the philosophy in our lab is every soluble protein could be crystallized, I was e*cited due to strong belief, endless endeavors and all other good qualities e*isted in our lab group. I hold the opinion firmly that being a scientists in NIBS in the future should be a suitable choice for me.
To sum up, how lucky I am to be able to practice in NIBS to feel what doing science is. I attain precious training here both physically and psychologically which will bring benefits in the future for me to further pursuing my career as a scientists.

為了讓我們更好的服務工作,提高自己的綜合素質,公司特地從10月22日開始對我們進行全方位的工作培訓。這是公司內部培訓的第一次,通過這次培訓,讓我進一步提高思想覺悟。
宋老師以“職業生涯規劃”為核心內容,通過講解案例,與大家互動和做性格測試題的方式讓我對自己未來的職業生涯規劃有了一些想法,提高了對職業和崗位職責的認識水平。
由于現在處于職業生涯的前期階段,有很多需要學習的地方,宋老師的熱情洋溢的講課讓我們愉快地結束了本次培訓,歷時3個小時。雖然有些方面還是比較籠統的,而且我們也提出了我們對現狀的一些看法,但是最終還沒有解決的方案和措施,我們都拭目以待,希望在以后的培訓中增加更多的互動,在交流溝通中能讓公司了解員工真實的想法,從而不斷完善公司的管理制度,更好地調動大家工作的積極性。
本次培訓實實在在,沒有長篇大論,切合實際,我對本次培訓很滿意。

物業公司“首問責任制”培訓心得體會
首問責任制作為公司最新發布的一項問責制度,對于員工該做些什么、怎么做,均以書面形式作出了明確的規定;并且對于隨意作為、違規作為或不作為后該怎么辦、該承擔什么樣的責任也作了詳細列舉。顯然,這些都是十分必要的。責任只有是可操作的,是有力度的,是足以讓我們“三思而后行”的,才能真正地保障落實。
問責制度若是缺失,我們的工作便無規可依,失職時也便無規可鑒。如今公司就問責制度已制定完成,并且公布下發,那有效的工作監督制度便是不可或缺的。雖然所有外界的措施、手段都是為了更好的執行該制度,但員工的積極參與才是最關鍵、最有效的。
“有什么素質的員工,就有什么素質的公司”也許并不全然正確,但試問:大家如若都關心公司的形象,都能積極參與,事事有人管,事事有人跟進,各項投訴均能得到有效解決,那我們的服務還會差嗎?“快樂服務,創造價值”、“讓業主滿意”也就會不再那么困難。
我們都了解,物業管理既是對物的管理,更是對人的服務;我們工作的本質是以業主為主要客體的勞務服務。語言親情化,行為人性化的服務態度,為業主排憂解難的服務理念是我們所必需的。
公司的問責制度就我們接聽外部來電、接待外客來訪以及與客戶交談,都提出了指導性意見,而這些無非就是為了強化員工的崗位責任,增強服務意識,提高工作效率。歸根結底,更是為了提高客戶的滿意度。如果我們每個人多換位思考,站到業主的角度,便能真正地了解業主的需要,理解業主的難處,正確地調整服務的角度,從而“讓業主滿意”。
確實,“讓業主滿意”是我們不懈追求的目標。但我們更應當樹立誠信的服務意識,具備企業的經營意識、法律意識,從而更好地運用各種溝通的技巧和方法,妥善處理業主反映的各種問題。
對于本人職責范圍內的事項,必須嚴格按照公司的相關程序及時處理;不能及時處理的,明確回復具體期限,并予以解釋,同時密切跟進該事項的進展。(而一些新開發的樓盤)我們的員工還應具備“誰的責任誰負責”的意識,清楚地掌握哪些是物業的責任,哪些是裝修施工的責任,哪些又是開發商建設遺留的問題及隱患,抑或是自然因素的影響。通過仔細的傾聽,與業主的交流、講述,整理出基本思路,針對業主的意圖作出合理的解釋或答復處理。不能麻木的討好業主,毫無原則輕率的許下承諾,否則會丟了誠信,破壞了公司的信譽。
首問責任制,一項規章制度,似乎多了些許生硬,但讓我們再多一份對物業工作的熱情,多一份對業主的善意,我們的制度也就會不再那么難以落實,各項工作的開展就不再那么困難。
