　　時間：20**年12月24日（周六）

　　考場：八年級各教室

　　準備室：九（７）班隔壁教室

　　測試人員：zz（原則上不予請假）

　　形式：以備課組為單位，英語組全體教師集中進行。

　　題型：1、朗讀短文；2、話題簡述。

　　口試范圍：以各年級準備的口試卷為主

　　具體要求：

　　1、各備課組長準備相應考場的測試卷（12份）；z老師準備“考場序號和測試成績記錄單”；z老師準備“考場指示圖和抽簽”。

　　2、需要3名工作人員（徐剛老師、z老師在準備室負責抽簽、z（男）老師負責領隊及維持考場秩序）；另需要5名看班教師：八（1）、八（6）、七（6）、九（3）、九（5）。

　　3、八年級學生（直接進入對應的九年級各班教室）、班主任及全體工作人員在7點15分到校，7點半準時開始，9點15分前結束。測試順序為八（1）、八（2）、八（3）、八（4）、八（5）、八（6）。

　　4、七年級學生及班主任在7點15分到校，9點半正式開始。測試順序為七（1）、七（2）、七（3）、七（4）、七（5）、七（6）。

　　5、九年級學生下午1點到校，1點15分正式開始，預計3點結束。測試順序為九（1）、九（2）、九（3）、九（4）、九（5）、九（6）、九（7）。

　　6、嚴格考試紀律。班主任及任課教師務必關照學生：不要把樣卷帶出教室甚至帶進考場，一經發現，以零分計入成績并通報批評。提醒學生：測試完畢，立刻離開考場，返回教室。統一結束后，學生方可離校，未經允許不得擅自在校逗留，不得到處喧嘩，影響他人。
