  被服供應站(洗衣房)制度

  1.負責對全院各種醫用被服,各科值班室的被服和工作人員的工作服進行清洗、消毒、縫補、干燥、燙平,按要求折疊,做好供應工作。

  2.被服由供應站負責下收下送。

  3.被服供應站與科室各掌握一定基數的被服,對布類物品必須逐件清點,辦理交換手續,發現差錯及時處理。每年大清點一次。

  4.被服消毒、洗滌、供應應做到有色的和無色的被服分開;病員的被服和工作人員的工作服分開。嚴格遵守操作規程和隔離消毒制度,防止交叉感染。

  5.被服、工作服等破損時經縫紉組修補后方能發出。應報廢的被服,統一由被服供應站集中,填好報廢單,按月、按季會同有關部門現場鑒定,由總務科長(副科長)簽署意見,由院長或副院長批準,辦理報廢手續。被服供應站憑報廢單向倉庫如數領取。

  6.被服供應站各種工具、機器、被服要有專人保管,防止霉爛、遺失、差錯等。做好機器維修、保養工作。

  7.可以回收的棉花、紗布等,要求有關科室互相協助,共同做好回收工作。

  為更好地為廣大同學提供服務,方便學生的在校生活,學校在每棟宿舍樓配備了洗衣機,為保證學生安全有效地使用,特制定管理規范:

  1、洗衣機為自助式全自動洗衣機,洗衣時需插入洗衣卡,洗衣時間為45分鐘/次左右。

  2、學生要愛護洗衣機,嚴格按程序操作,做到輕開輕放,嚴禁隨意撥動電源,發現異常聲音應停止使用并報告門衛。

  3、門衛要每天檢查洗衣機是否正常工作,如有故障應及時報告,宿舍管理中心負責聯系維修事宜。

  4、洗衣卡辦理:新生入校時,按自愿的原則,以學院為單位統一辦理,每張洗衣卡押金15元,畢業時如卡面沒有損壞,則退還押金15元。新生入校時,卡內可用次數為9次/學年,以后為10次/學年。

  5、洗衣卡沖值:每學年末(6月末、7月初),宿舍管理中心會通知各個學院,將學生的洗衣卡收上來(卡面未損壞),以院為單位統一交到宿舍管理中心,由洗衣公司重新沖值10次,開學初返回學生手中(注:剩余次數不累計);卡面損壞或丟失,如需重新辦理,則需再交15元押金。

  6、發現洗衣卡不能正常使用的,請及時到宿舍管理中心更換。
